Young men and women learn to make things with their hands. Many never get to sell what they make.
Traditional craftsmanship and digital entrepreneurship rarely meet in the same room.
R-Fashion, founded by Ruba Ala' idden Yousef Rajab Jabi, brings the two together in one place.
The Circular Economy Hub, built with a child welfare organization, is for adolescents. It gives hands-on training in upcycling and sustainable production. Alongside that, young people build digital literacy and e-commerce skills. Through a shared digital marketplace, the training becomes a real supply chain, where they create, manage, and sell their own products.
This is how vocational training transforms into market access. The goal is sustainable financial independence and a real place in the economy for the young people who take part.
We are proud to announce R-Fashion as one of the finalists of Solve for Change Season 1 Round 2! 🎉
